How do I delete a date on my immunization form?

Hello,

USAFA immunization clinic is making me resubmit my form because they want me to delete a redundant date on it(Tdap section). Problem is there is way for me to delete it. Backspace does not work on it, nor does highlight backspace.

You can either highlight the entire contents of the box and hit space, or go to the start and hit space until they all clear (8 times probably).
