How do I submit Senior Schedule Form?

Hello all,

I am a freshman college student. In the "Request for Secondary School Transcript" section of the application, I need to send my high school counselor a form with instructions to complete Usafa form 148, HS transcript, Senior Schedule, and School Profile. Since I'm no longer a senior in high school, how would my counselor submit that senior schedule form?
Furthermore, does anyone know of any other similar situations I'll encounter as a college applicant- just so I know what to expect?

Thank you for your time.

Hi! I am currently a college freshman as well, so I can only share what I have done so far in my application process. The senior schedule doesn't matter as much now that we are in college and have a finalized high school transcript, but my counselor still submitted the same paper that she did last year that outlined what classes I took throughout senior year. The only other big differences that I have encountered is the really late deadline (mine is Jan 15th this year, and it was November 7th last year), and the fact that we have to submit a first semester college transcript in addition to our high school transcript. I am assuming this is the reason for the late deadline (to allow more time for us to track down a finalized college transcript), but I could be wrong of course.

Thank you for responding!
I’ll let my counselor know to do the same then. As far as the later deadline goes, I have the exact same deadline, and I’m wondering if you’ll be submitting your application close to that point? It seems weird since it’s so late but I think I’ll be forced to because my college math professor said he won’t write me a letter of rec until he sees more of my performance by the end of the semester (I’ve only know him for less than two months).

My professor is a little more open to writing my evaluation early, but it doesn't hurt to give him more time I guess! I want to give myself a extra time to increase my CFA scores, so I do plan on waiting a little bit to finish my application. I don't think I'll submit my application any later than January 1st though. How far through the process are you if you don't mind me asking?

I’m actually pretty far through it. Nailed my CFA and I’m done with my essays and activities record. I’m probably not going to submit those two things until around December though, especially the activities record because I can definitely add more stuff on to it by then. Fortunately my English professor and AFROTC commander are very supportive and eager to help, and they both wrote me amazing letters. My math professor is the limiting factor here... but I’m patient! How about you?

Thats awesome! I got a late start because I didn't do much of anything at the beginning of the semester, but I'm making good progress now. I submitted my activities sheet today, as I don't intend on joining anything else this semester, but I have to work on my essays some more. My evaluations and recommendation letters should be rolling in pretty soon, so I'm hoping the only thing left by December is my transcript and CFA! Well I wish you luck!

Thanks, you as well! We’re both definitely on the right track!
