How do we know if CFA cleared

Hi All,

How do I know if CFA cleared by looking at the application portal? Screenshots from my portal. The videos have upload dates in ().
I guess when CFA changes to green? What about the videos?

That is what I had for about a week and a half and then the CFA indicator turned to a green checkmark a little while after. And then I eventually got a date in parenthesis by it which I assume is when it was officially qualified by admissions cause I got a 3Q letter on that date. My screenshot below shows what I'm talking about. You probably just have to wait and give admissions time to process the entire CFA results. That's just my inference based on what happened with me

The videos, I believe, are automatically green upon submission. Search the thread “ CFA "score not on file/review pending"”, a response near the bottom of the first page from bt18 addresses this.

I believe your regional commander needs to review the scores and videos before the CFA is marked complete.

The CFA event videos turn green after they are uploaded and confirmed to be viewable. The green status for the events DOES NOT mean they have been reviewed. The overall CFA status will only turn green after your file has been officially qualified which will not happen until your entire application is complete AND you are competitive. Please do not stress the overall status of your CFA turning yellow. This is the busy time for admissions as they work to qualify thousands of files. For future applicants, this is another example of why being early and proactive with completing your application is important.

DS uploaded the videos in August. There were green - "on file" ever since, but early December CFA switched to yellow, the videos are still green "on file". RC said not to worry - system error, file is complete and going through checks... I hope they are not going to send him an email January 31st to re-submit the videos. He is checking his email several times a day including junk file etc.. to make sure he isn't missing anything. So, here were are.....,
