How early are decisions sent to MoC?

I got a call on March 10th that I was appointed from my Senator. I know that they are told before it is updated in the portal so they can personally tell us, but how early are they told? I am basically trying to figure out when will it be updated in my portal.
 
I too got a call on March 10. It seems like it will be March 17th for the official update according to many people on this forum including myself (their MOC stated 17th). Moreover, I believe the MOC calls the appointee 7 days prior to the official appointment.
 
Expect to see an update within a week. I got a call from my MOC about 5 days before my portal showed updated.
 
I was notified by mine the day before it appeared in my portal, but I think that is because the date coincided with their nomination ceremony. Congrats!
 
I talked with my staffer yesterday. They have the names for appointments (for this drop at least), it’s just a matter if your moc calls.
 
Our MoC did not call for DS USMA appointment so doubt they will if he gets USAFA. Just have to keep waiting. so hard!
