How Fast Does My 5k Need To Be???

I talked to Coach Troy at West Point, and he said to list my best 5k (3.2 Miles) on the questionnaire. Currently, my best time is 18:54 (Which was the conference meet where I placed 3rd). What should my 5k time be for West Point to recognize? Thanks!

Did you look at the website, specifically 2013 season bests and qualifying standards?

Best thing you can do is fill out the questionnaire, enter your fastest times, keep updating them if you get faster times, and maybe you'll hear back from the coach. Looks like 5k times are 15:14-15:34. You need to have D1 times.
