I appreciate Mr. Mullen for helping our DD figure out the documents she needed to fill out. When she had went to the DODMETS portal under the "Next Tasks" there was a statement of "These are the recommended next tasks you should complete in the DoDMETS process" but there wasn't anything there. On the left side under the Applicant side all of her boxes were checked green. It also said her case was currently "closed" as of 12/1/2021 and that all of her forms had been received. Thankfully Mr. Mullen told her to click on the dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil link and told her what forms to fill out as she didn't know those were needed.
