How long does it take to receive confirmation email after applying for an AFROTC scholarship?

I applied for the scholarship on June 2nd, and I have not received a confirmation email. It's been over 2 weeks. Is this normal? Have any other applicants received an email?

The same thing is happening to me. I submitted the application the day it opened and still haven't received the email. Wondering if anyone else is also in the same position.
