Does anyone know how long it takes the medical staff at USNA to process a waiver request - excluding the DODMERB part of the process?

Does anyone know how long it takes the medical staff at USNA to process a waiver request - excluding the DODMERB part of the process?

This is what I was told via email from someone in USNA admissions when I asked a similar question:

"The process doesn't start until after the applicant has been reviewed by the Admissions Board. When he/she is deemed a competitive candidate, the medical waiver process starts. There is not a timeframe for the waiver process as we review each candidate on a case by case basis."
