How long until contacted?

I am applying to USAFA and in the portal it says that they will forward my name to DoDMERB once I have had 3 of the 7 required forms completed. I have had 3 of the forms completed for 3-4 weeks now and have not heard anything. I don't want to be "that guy" but I'm getting more and more nervous because DoDMERB is one of the last things left on my application. Thank you for any help!!
