How long will this take?

So, I had received notice that I need to provide AMI for a medical issue (190.00), but I have never been seen for said issue, therefore the AMI requested is not applicable. I was then told to write a handwritten statement, signed and dated, to send to the medical board to review. Just in case, I even scheduled an exam directed towards said medical issue in the event the statement goes south and I can send something in that can prove I am fine.
I sent the statement in on 19 AUG 2022, and I have yet to hear back. Does anyone have an estimate of when this will even go through? And what are the chances of my statement going through? I quite literally have no AMI about the medical issue. I'm just anxious - I don't want everything to be struck down for something I have never been seen for.
