I heard somewhere that after your first 10 flight hours, the amount of additional hours from there don't matter as much. The PCSM website also said that although they factor in flight hours, they do not factor in having your actual PPL. So the question is, how many hours should you have to be competitive and is it worth paying an extra money to just go get more hours, even if you already have a PPL?
