How to accept scholarship

I read through all the instructions regarding accepting the scholarship but I am not understanding how to actually do it. Do you just write a letter of intent and upload it? Is there a specific form? The portal keeps referring to the "scholarship offer letter"?

In the AROTC portal there should be a scholarship offer letter in the file upload tab. It should look different than the documents that you uploaded and say faxed. Also there is information in the "additional information" tab on the portal on how to accept. You need to upload the acceptance document after it is signed onto the file upload tab. Good luck.

My DS was sent a specific form he had to fill out, sign, and email to a specific email. For NRTOC
