How to know if you qualify??

How do you know if you passed the DoDMERB exam? Will you be emailed if you did not pass?? The website is down so I can't check my progress.
 
As I understand it, although we are still waiting on my Son's Medical Qualification so this is my best assessment of the situation. Dodmets receives all your exams and then sends them on to DODMerb, who will then send it to your branch with any potential Disqualifies. The Branch will then either waive those, or request Additional Medical Information. Your Branch will make the final decision if they are going to allow waivers which then qualify you. Currently I believe all communications are coming through email while the DoDMERB website is down. I have heard it takes 2-4 weeks to hear anything, with most being closer to the 4 week mark, maybe longer right now.
 
I qualified for USNA in September, and my DODMERB portal showed qualified for USNA. At that point, USMA and USAFA had not yet forwarded my information to DODMETS. They forwarded my information in October, and I finally received an email from DODMERB telling me they found me qualified for the other agencies last week. Qualified status showed up on my USMA/USAFA portals yesterday. It can take a while, especially with the outage. I kept my FFR/ALO in the loop, as well as emailed DODMERB to keep track of my status.
