MSIII here. Do I talk about the medical update with my PMS, email the records to him so there’s a written record, or send up CoC?

I am very disappointed/emotional of the medical update bc it’s still fresh so I think it would be difficult to discuss with the PMS in person. It was suggested that I take medication by my doctor, but she never said anything about a diagnosis. Just found out today when I checked my medical records. (Additionally I found out about diagnosis of a skin issue from last year which I had no clue were on my college records that I will now report too).

I'm assuming you're contracted since you're a MSIII. Although, I supposed, it is possible to be taking MSIII classes while working through medical waivers which can hold up contracting.

By contract, you are required to inform your leadership of a change in your medical condition.

The best way to do that, in my mind, is to inform your PMS or APMS by email. By doing that, I think, you have done you're part in informing the right people What they do with that information is on them.

What will probably happen is you'll end up having to get your medical records to submit for Q/DQ determination. What this looks like is a DQ condition, so then you will be considered for a waiver.
