If the CFA is not listed next to "Required Actions" and is listed as a date on the second line under "Required Application Documents" (Under Personal Data Record), then generally you can expect that it was a passing score.
USNA does not typically notify candidates as to whether or not they passed the CFA.
I say that, because some candidates have reported here on SA Forums that their Admissions Counselor suggested that they re-take the CFA.
This however, is not a common occurrence.
I would assume that you passed, unless told otherwise.
