I-Day Forms/ Didn't make a copy

I thought I scanned the Patient Registration Form and was in the process of printing all my copies of stuff for I-Day just now when I realized I didn't. This is one of the forms we are supposed to have a copy of for I-Day. What's the best way to go about fixing this? Can I just reprint this form and fill it out as a copy?
