I have been following this site for about six months and have learned a lot. I would appreciate some advice regarding DODMETS. My physical exam was on 9/25 and eye exam on 10/2. Since 10/6, my DODMETS status has been listed as “complete and on hold.” The DODMETS site says:
“We have a complete set of all of your examination records and they are currently being reviewed by a CIV Team case manager. Our CIV Team case managers have identified some errors in your examination records. We are working to resolve these issues with your Providers. No additional action is required on your behalf.”
I emailed DODMETS on 10/26 to ask about the timeline and if there was anything I could do to help. They replied right away, but the reply didn’t answer my questions. They just restated the information on the DODMETS website and also told me to see the DODMERB contact page to determine where to direct my questions.
My DODMERB account says “Awaiting Receipt of Initial Medical Exam.”
I appreciate any advice on this. DODMERB is my only remaining step for my service academy applications.
