IBOLC post commissioning

How long is IBOLC after you commission as a 2LT? Does the length of training vary depending on if you are guard, reserve, or active? As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

17 weeks. (I believe that length/curriculum is the same for AD vs NG/Reserves).
