Your portal has this info, but not with a flashing sign that says it. Like @OldRetSWO said, once your application is reviewed and you are in candidate status, you are academically qualified.
Medical qualification will be listed on your portal after your physical exam / review by DODMERB.
Physical qualification is based on CFA, if you've turned in your results and have a green checkmark then you're physically qualified.
If you're qualified in all 3 categories you are "triple qualified" or "3Q" in SAF-ese.
