Immunization Form

I received the Tdap vaccine in 2015, and I know USAFA says it is required to get within the last 5 years, so I assume I would have to get another dose right now? My doctors office says I am due to get a dose in 3 years, and they will not give me one now.

Try a pharmacy like cvs or Sam's. They give common vaccines in our area.

If you didn't already, take the immunization instructions and make sure they understand why you need one now.
