For what it's worth, please tell your kids to breathe when they get their immunizations. Plus, it's not a bad idea for them to sit down while they receive them. 
There's nothing worse than a 6'1" skinny kid, holding his breath, turning gray and sweaty, then having his 5'3" mother try to wrangle him onto the exam table before he hits the deck.
