In need of some advice....

As some of you may know of my intentions to join the Army via the SMP Program, and my dream of joining the Citadel.

I previously had both IB Chemistry SL on my schedule as well as AP Physics!

Unfortunately, I had to drop IB Chemistry SL and I replaced it with IB Psychology as it pertains to more of my interests, etc.

I also dropped AP Physics, and replaced it with a study hall, in order to focus more on other classes, because my grade in that class has significantly dropped, and according to my teacher, I am not well prepared to be successful in that class.

I plan to letting know to admissions of Citadel the changes of my schedule, but with my previous stats, do you guys think, this will affect my chances?

@MichaelT2022 - I would not worry about notifying admissions. Your application is complete and under review. The admittance decision will be based off of what has been submitted. You are doing a lot of research, which is a good thing. Keep grinding and good things will happen!

I am headed to The Citadel on Friday to see the first Friday dress parade since the Spring of 2020!

I spoke to someone on SAF, who applied to the Citadel on July 28, and was accepted today.

I applied on July 31, so my anxiety is a bit up, knowing that I could receive a formal decision notification within 1 or 2 weeks!

Have a nice time at the parade! Let me know how it goes! I hope to visit soon, once I receive a notification!
