Posted in my DoDMETS Basic Applicant portal, my current medical exam status is "Incomplete-Closed". Does this mean that my entire medical exam is closed, or does it just mean that it won't be reviewed until all of my exam materials are in? I have taken both my medical and optometry exam, so I am planning on calling the CIV team today to track down my exams. Can I have some clarification on what this status means? Thank you!

Send me an email:
lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil; provide complete name and last 4 SSN; provide the text of your Parent's posting above to YOUR email. The subject line of the email should be “Sean2026 - SAF = Incomplete-Closed Status .“ Do NOT embed links in your email as I will not be able to view those.:wiggle:

Sorry, this is the post I meant to respond to, not the other one. The same thing is happening to me. I scheduled and went to both my exams a couple of weeks ago and they said they would be sending everything out at the end of the day. The DoDMETS website says that my status is "incomplete". (This is for USNA).

Thank you Mr. Mullen! I think I have a good understanding of the process now.
