"Incomplete - Closed" status?

Hello all.

My DoDMETS page shows a status of Incomplete - Closed. Have I done something wrong? Is there anything I need to do to resolve this status? Additionally, what exactly does it mean? The page states:
"Your case does not have all of the required examination records. It may be the medical (physical) or optometric screening. It would be wise to schedule your missing exam, or if you have taken it, call CIV Team so we can track down the records with your provider."
The next line contradicts that with:
"All of your examination records have been received, reviewed by a CIV Team case manager, and sent to DoDMERB.
Your medical examination records were submitted to DoDMERB on 12/13/2022 3:00:00 PM
It generally can take 2 to 4 weeks for a determination.
Please go to dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil to keep track of your file after it is sent to DoDMERB."

What should I do here?

Same exact thing happened to my daughter. She first emailed dodmets to ask about it because they had been really responsive. After about a week they said she needed to contact DoDmerb. She emailed DoDmerb at dha.ncr.dodmerb.mbx.helpdesk@health.mil,
and after about a week they responded saying she was qualified! All in all, it was 18 days from the time DoDmerb received her file until that email reply.

It’s possible the incomplete could mean something is missing, but it could also be perfectly fine! Just shoot them an email to double check what the deal is.
