I’m seeking advice about my DS’s “Incomplete” status on the DODMETS website. He completed his exams a week ago. My DS has confirmed that both his optometric exam and his medical exam were submitted on the day he took them.
However, the DODMETS website says “Your case does not have all of the required examination records. It may be the medical (physical) or optometric screening. It would be wise to schedule your missing exam, or if you have taken it, call CIV Team so we can track down the records with your provider.”
Since we know that his exam results have been submitted, he has been trying repeatedly to contact the CIV Team to find out what might be missing. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Since the CIV Team has been unresponsive, is there any other way he can find out why his status is listed as “Incomplete” so that he can provide whatever information might be missing?
