Incomplete?

For the last few weeks, DS had a red line under Medical Exam Status on his portal. He completed his medical and eye exams. DoDMERB requested AMI yesterday. DS emailed the AMI materials to DoDMERB tonight at 6PM.

DS said that now for the first time, under Medical Exam Status, it says, "Incomplete." He showed it to me. Sure enough..."Incomplete." It had the red line there this afternoon.

I have told DS that it is merely a coincidence that it changed to "Incomplete" right after he sent in everything for AMI and that it means nothing. Am I right? Please say I'm right. Lol.

Yes, you are correct so you'll want to be patient. It may take multiple weeks or more. DoDMERB is in the very peak of their work. Your son should continue to watch the DoDMERB portal along with the different portals for each SA. Best of luck!

Hello, @Academician. Another quick question. DS's DoDMERB portal changed from "Awaiting Receipt of Remedial" to "Under DoDMERB Review" this morning. Then he received an email from a case manager with DoDMERB thanking him. Now, this afternoon, the DoDMERB portal is back to "Awaiting Receipt of Remedial." DS went back and looked, and everything is there that they requested. Have you come across this before?
