I was not awarded an ROTC scholarship in the second board. I was told by the PMS at one of my top two schools that I was a good candidate to receive a four year scholarship. Is there anything I can do to increase my odds at this point? My only idea is to retake my CFA, I got 50 pushups, 50 situps, and a 6:32 minute mile.

you could retake the SAT/ACT...i'm not sure what your scores were. Those are the main two that would increase your chances. Test scores and CFA.

Retaking your CFA wouldn’t do much good, as you’d have scored a perfect score if you ran 2 seconds faster.I was not awarded an ROTC scholarship in the second board. On first board my DD did not win ROTC scholarship. She retook CFA and resubmitted new scores. She also reviewed her profile and noticed that she forgot to put in volunteering hours in activity list. I have no idea if that helped but today she won 4 year scholarship.
