Instructions For Applicants Offered Admission

The instructions and forms for applicants offered admission and the sample oath of allegiance aren't available to me. Every other part of my admit kit (including E-QIP) is green checked. Are these forms available yet? I had some IT issues with my portal earlier due to the early appointment releases so I was thinking this might be an extension of that. I don't want to bother the admissions dpt so I wanted to ask: are these forms available for anyone else?

As of yesterday afternoon those items were not available to my DS either.
 
Is anyone else having the same issue as me? I was able to open the "Instructions For Applicants Offered Admission" and had it open for a good 30 minutes. After refreshing my page, a server error came up. A few minutes later, the instructions went back to a status of (Not available yet). I have completed everything required of me and have green checks everywhere. I'm thinking of just contaching my Candidate Technician.

Similar thing happened to me where I opened it this morning but after checking again just now it says "Not Available"...
 
The same issue happened a week ago. However, I had no response from my technician.
