I was looking through the instructions to candidates packet when I noticed the section on interviews. It says that the interview will be conducted by an "evaluator" through video call. Does this replace the ALO interview? Do we take both? Thank you for your help.

Yes, it replaces the ALO interview and this is the first year they will be doing it this way.
