Today is DD’s congressional interviews and it’s her 18th Birthday. Rough day since they’ve given her 30 minute interview slots for each academy! Oldest DD only applied to one academy so we had no idea our congressional office worked this way. Do they actually switch out the interview panel for each academy? Thanks!

Happy birthday to your remarkable young woman! My DD interview lasted about 15 minutes each. I guess they give 1/2 hour slots to have enough time if they need to extend conversations, go to the bathroom, get a cup of coffee etc as a matter of fact in her case they were running ahead. Get there with enough time so she can check in and relax for a few minutes before the interviews.
The panels were different each time but, I heard otherwise from different MOCs. They can do it whatever way they want.
