One of my football coaches wants to make sure that he is in fact eligible.

Certified PE instructor
manages weight room and PE classes that use the weight room all day
part of the physical education department

He doesn't teach individual PE classes this year, but he is the teacher for when a gym class gets to their weights segment or if there is a weights class.

He is worried that his official title "weightroom manager" is insufficient.
Thank you.
Is it?

Why does it have to be him? There are other phys ed teachers at your school who can give the exam, then there will not be any questions.

He was the only one available during my lunch period. Before and after school are impossible because of football. I just wanted to get it done. He submitted it. If it shows up as a green check on the portal, then I passed, right?

Bball: 57
Pullup: 8
Shuttle: 9.1
Situps: 86
Pushups: 44
Mile: 6:36

I know my upper body sections are weak, but I'm nursing a shoulder injury from football and these are the best scores I can do for about a month and I would like to go into my MoC interviews saying that I finished the CFA.
