Is it possible to decline offer of appointment after already accepting it?

You can decline anytime. I believe on your portal there's an option to decline your appointment, even after you accepted it.
But once it's done, you can't undo it.

Sure you can. The sooner the better too. If you're accepting another academy, do it now, but if you are deciding to go another route... say attending college elsewhere, you can wait as long as you like. Some kids just don't show up to I-Day, and that in my opinion is rude and irresponsible. Remember, there are a lot of kids waiting for an opening.

Yep. Kids walk away at all points in the process.
