Is Loose skin disqualifying?

I was 271 pounds and now weigh 198/195 pounds and i will probably have a little bit of loose skin. I'm still young so i hope i won't have much. Is having Loose skin disqualifying and if i get surgery and have a big scar on my waist will It also be disqualifying?

I can't imagine that the actual skin will be; however, the surgery may. I would be very cautious about having surgery such as that without asking the admissions office anonymously.
