Is my application complete?

I submitted everything by the early action deadline, so i believe, and have not been able to get in contact with Coast Guard Admissions after trying to contact them twice. ON my status it says " Data sent, received, and confirmed. Also all my letter of recommendation are complete. Just wondering what i could do to check or if the information i provided means it is complete and currently under review.
 
I recieved a 8.5 x 11 envelope dated on Nov 2nd (a teaser haha) that asked me if I was up to the challenge of the academy or something. I recieved a letter a few days later stating that everything was recieved.
