Is my dodmerb packet lost in mail?

I have been a candidate for both the USMA and USNA for quite some time now, and have almost all of the parts of my applications done. I accessed the DODMERB site and my status states that my information was sent to the contractor on June 30. It has been a month and I still have not received my packet in the mail. Is this normal or has my packet been lost somewhere?

That sounds like a good possibility. I'll give you an idea of DS's timeline. Optomotrist sent same day, audio and med 2 days after the exam. About a week later indicated as received. Data entered and reviewed the next day, and status changed to Qualified the following day. One day later letter sent. Other posts I've read suggest things being similar.

You might contact the med providers and see if they can do one or more things: fax another copy, scan/pdf and email and then snail mail. Hopefully they understand the importance of this and kept copies in their files.
 
Do you mean that you have not even had your medical/eye exams yet? I would go to the following site and you can start the process with Concorde. Just follow directions on login page and it walks you through the process.

The exact same thing happened to me! My stuff was supposed to be sent June 30th and I didn't receive it. So I decided to call the DoDMERB help desk and they just told me to log into the dodmets.com site without waiting for the papers. My appointments are all scheduled now! I suggest you call the help desk at DoDMERB like I did
 
It appears I'm the 3rd person in this thread who did not receive anything regarding DoDMERB in the mail. I figured they would send it out eventually, but then today I got an email from my Regional Commander saying to get my exams done ASAP. I was like :confused:


So I went to the site like 5 seconds ago and filled everything out. Now I just have to schedule my appointments. Is there a certain order we should take our exams (i.e. Optometrist before Physical or vice-versa?)
 
I never revived anything set in stone saying this, but the Physical people said that I must complete my eye exam first.

So eyes->physical
 
A few items going on here, hope I can help.

As to not receiving the packet: we send them to the address we are provided. Sometimes our packet is thrown out, sometimes they're bad addresses. You do not need the packet to get started! Simply go to the "Applicant Login" on www.dodmets.com and use your SSN as the login and your last name as the password.

It will prompt you to create a new, secure password. Please do so and write this down. Instructions will follow, and you can go through the steps (1 through 5) for completion.
