Is Nicotine a Banned Stiumulant?

Quick background, I did have the unfortunate history of smoking as a young adolescent. Recently, my solution to quit smoking slowly has been the vaporizers to eliminate the tar and smoke from my life. I do understand nicotine use whilst training or in the barracks would most likely be banned, would I be unable to use products such as a popular e-cig, JUUL (consists of nicotine), in my life outside of the training grounds?

Just quit! I went cold turkey and I did it under circumstances I would not wish upon anybody.
