When my earlier post was posted mentioning my brain injury, someone said that MullenLE (Larry Mullen) would be a good person to communicate with as he knows a lot of information on DoDMERB. I also looked through old threads with similar cases as me, and he was able to support and provide information with them. But someone mentioned that he hasn't been here for a while? Or maybe not. But how should I reach out to MullenLE, or how can I get help regarding this? Or simply, what should I do?

Mr. Mullen has stepped away from the forums to focus on more pressing DoMERB issues. While we hope he will be back, for now you will need to use the standard contact information on the DoDMERB website.

Email you assigned technician at DoDMERB and be persistent if you need more help from them. If you have specific questions you can try posting here and someone may have some helpful information.

You will firstly need to begin the application process.

Then you will be assigned technician.

Thousands and thousands of people have applied without knowing if a SA will pursue a waiver, or not. Your best course of action is to apply, get your medical records in place and buttoned up, and work through the process.

You have been supplied the medical standards already. Outside of that, you have to apply to see if a waiver is pursued.

Start early, to begin the medical process as soon as possible. That’s they way to address your inquiry.

To the OP - just to offer a bit of situational awareness - Mr. Larry Mullen is the Deputy Director for DoDMERB.
