I'm working on the Everfi appointee kit courses and there's a whole section on ADA compliance.
I know USAFA doesn't accept testing accommodations, which makes me wonder about the extent of the freedom the service academies have to ignore the ADA.
By the way, I totally understand why they would be exempt and agree with the necessity of it. I'm mostly just curious because I couldn't find anything anywhere specifically stating an exemption for the service academies, and I know the act applies to most federal and state government jobs.
