Issue on application portal

I have submitted everything I need for my West Point application (With the exception of receiving a nomination) When I uploaded my CFA videos they appeared as green check marks. When I went to check my portal again they were once again red X marks. I checked my uploaded files and it showed that I had submitted my videos. I have not received any messages from my admissions officer concerning my CFA. Is the system just waiting for my admissions officer to approve this or should I contact in concern of this?

It could be that the video needs to be validated before being accepted or it could be that the video was not correct or the events were deemed non-compliant. The purpose of requiring the video is to validate the proper number and form for the push-ups and pull-ups. If it remains a red X for more than a week, I would contact your FFR. Good luck.
