Issue with Feinstein nomination application

Senator Feinstein's application asks for highest verbal SAT score, highest math SAT score, and highest writing SAT score. This is for the old SAT, though, which was out of 2400. I took the new SAT, as did anyone who is applying for a nomination this year.
Obviously I wouldn't send an email to Feinstein directly to ask her to fix/update this. Could I contact my ALO?
(Also, stupid question, sorry - I assume I just address my ALO as "Mr. Lastname". Is this correct?)

I could just leave the spaces blank, as I am sending my SAT scores through the college board anyway, but it seems unprofessional.

While you should probably just fill in the scores which are appropriate for the version of the SAT you have taken, I'm not sure why you stated "Obviously I wouldn't send an email to Feinstein directly...". I would suggest that you call Senator Feinstein's office and ask to speak to the person who coordinates the processing of her service academy nominations. You could then point out the change in the SAT and confirm how you are responding. Also, I don't believe this is an issue for your ALO at this point.

An ALO has nothing to do with this process. As recommended above there is a staffer in charge of this process at her office. Ask for them.

Our MOC app had same issue last year for DS. We just wrote in / corrected the info on form; also you can print out the score report from the SAT website and attach for clarity if you want. If I recall the essay score portion was also confusing.

But yes - call the office and find the right staffer if at all possible.
