I understand the Hellcats won the JV sweepstakes. What exactly is this? I saw a couple of pictures on webguy of cadets hitting each other with sticks with pads on it.

Are there any other competitions?

Yes, there are races, push-up, sit-up, pull-up competitions, and maybe a few others I am forgetting.
