Another way to look at this would be the cost spread between the schools. In your case even if they are all high this would be a good thing as the spread is minimal. However, for those that have a spread of $30,000 this could "force" the decision by CC. So I think once again you did the smart thing because there is no lower cost school as part of the equation and thus no reason to reduce the number of school options based on school cost.
paradoxer, you totally nailed my strategy!! I just wish CC would explain the rules better, so we don't have to guess about this. Time will tell, I suppose.
