DS just checked his application status and it has changed to:
"You have been offered an Army ROTC Scholarship. We must receive your acceptance/declination by the date in your letter or the offer will be withdrawn...etc"!!
No idea of which school, how many years etc., but we are VERY HAPPY! Good luck to all!!
