Joining Congressional Nomination group locally

Does anyone know the process for getting assigned to the local Congressional review board of applicants? I am a 1985 KP grad in the Chicagoland area and would like to get involved in the process of selection of nominees locally for the USMMA in particular.
 
Contact your Congressman or Senator and let them know you want to be involved. I'm sure they have a person who handles that at the local level.
