Hey everyone. I am just wondering what you all think of my classes for next year (junior) and what the SAs will think.

Spanish 3 (H)
AP US Hist
Intro to Programming
Advanced Physics (H)
Religion 3
English 3
Wind Ensemble
AP Calc BC

For my senior year, I plan on taking

Spanish 4 (H)
AP Economics
AP Comp Sci
AP Physics
Religion 4
AP Art Hist OR AP English
Wind ensemble
Multivariable Calc (H) and discrete mathematics (H)

Thanks. Any feedback is much appreciated!!

I would strongly suggest AP English over AP Art History, the Academy strongly recommends 4 years of english, even if it is basic. Another thing, have you taken a chemistry course? If not that's something to look in to because that's another thing that the Academy strongly recommends, not to mention it's one of the hardest plebe year courses. Besides that it looks pretty strong!

I am finishing up honors chem right now. I have around a 96/97 in the class.

Take AP English. Validate plebe English. Much more worthwhile.

Multivariable calc over discrete math. Same reasons.

Are you looking at CS as a major?

Multivariable calc and discrete mathematics are both 1 semester long so I plan on taking both. I could see a CS major in my future, but I would most likely enjoy most engineering majors. Programming is just a good think for me to learn and I am looking for a good way to challenge myself. Also, I assume USNA would rather see this than a study hall, etc.
