Just For Fun: Halloween Costume Edition šŸŽƒ

I actually had one posted that I deleted bc I decided it wasnā€™t appropriate.

Seriously interested in good Halloween costumes!!

My adult dd is going to a party as Barbie. Bet she isnā€™t the only one.
 
On Sunday, baked two loaves of pumpkin bread with chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds. On Tuesday, will mail them (along with other goodies) to 2LT DD back east and MS3 CDT DS out west.

If Iā€™d thought about it just a bit more, I wouldā€™ve crisped up some bacon pieces and folded them into the batter. That bit of savory saltiness wouldā€™ve added a nice ā€œsomethinā€™ somethinā€™.ā€ Oh well. Next time.

Pumpkin pecan mini muffins iced with a dollop of barely sweetened cream cheese with a bit of nutmeg, topped with generous bacon crumbles. (one-bite) x 6 = just right.
 
Halloween used to be fun at USNA ...we dressed up and had Halloween Dinner in King Hall. It took some creativity, as materials for making costumes were somewhat limited. I'm guessing Halloween dinner has gone away, as some of the outfits were clearly not politically correct.
