KP Phone Issues?

I have been trying to call KP for the past two days to ask a question about one of the Naval Science forms required for Indoc.

On my first dozen or so tries I got a recorded message saying my call did not go through and to try again. Then I started getting a fast busy signal. I have tried the main number and every direct number I could find and get the same result.

Anyone know if this is a leftover problem from the storm? Or maybe it's just me?
 
Here is an update that was sent to all users at KP- try email.

As a result of the storm that occurred last week , we are still experiencing problems with our phone system.

At the present time, the problems exist with those calls that are incoming from lines other than those that are FTS(Federal Telephone System) driven.

If for instance another government agency calls in to the academy, they will most likely get through because they too are on a FTS(Federal Telephone System) line. If, the general public calls in to the academy, they will not get through because they are not on a FTS(Federal Telephone System) line. They will experience a busy signal.

This is an AT&T problem that has been referred to Verizon for their local representatives to address. Our telephone technicians our working with AT&T as well as Verizon to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
