Lack list/Grayed-out

What is a reasonable timeframe for items on my lack list to be grayed out? I have received email confirmation from CGA that my online application and my teacher/coach evaluations/recommendations were received but they are not shown as grayed out yet.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Check with AO to make sure they have everything. Our DS is a 2014 and items on his list never grayed out.
