LASIK before Cortramid?

Rising 3/C midshipman currently going to Cortramid East from July 5th to August 5th. Would any issues come up if i were to get LASIK or any other form of eye surgery before leaving for cruise, assuming there are no issues with the surgery? I’ve already filed the paperwork with my NROTC unit, and have notified them that I plan to get the procedure done soon. I read over some of the guidelines and found that my pre-surgery vision is not bad enough to require a waiver afterwards.

I recommend getting the surgery at least 2 weeks before cruise, or wait until after cruise. I used rewetting drops for first few months after surgery.
