My DS was wondering if ROTC scholarship covers free lasik surgery. We know the academies do but we weren't sure about ROTC. He is planning to get surgery in the future.

No, ROTC scholarships do not cover the costs of Lasik. One must also sign a waiver to taking responsibility should a medical issue arise from that procedure that impacts your ability to serve.

As Herman said, it does not. In AFROTC, the cadet will also need permission from the cadre commander. If he isn't planning to fly, he can wait till he's AD.
